*bringing awareness into all our inner dog circles There is good news and bad news. With new mandatory face coverings to be worn indoors I now have to adjust how I am remaining open at this time to groom our favourite fur pals. That's the good news. I am going to stay open.
The bad news is the grooming room is now closed to the public. I am moving towards drop off and pick up service only at the door. I am going to put a chair outside where you can remain seated until your pooches appointment time. At which time I will come out to say 'hello' and take your leashed pet inside the grooming room for their scheduled appt. Any extra walk in service is now by appt only due to the updates regarding cv-19. When it comes to pick up time the procedure is to ring the buzzer so I know its a pick up. Again no one is allowed in the grooming room. Please, have a seat and I will bring your fur pal out to you also please have payment ready. I do suggest to continue prebooking since some of you took months to get back into the rotation. Its up to you. My commitment is to our fur friends, I am barely caught up from the first shut down-therefore, I am standing firm this service is essential. Let's keep the grooming going-we are our pets voice. They need to stay groomed in 2020 and 2021 cv-19 or not. Thanks for all your continued support. I look forward to seeing you and yours at the next available appt. Stay warm & safe, Lori
