*bringing awareness to all our inner dog circles Updating the grooming room is now underway. I do what I can-in my spare time. A fresh coat of paint is exactly what was needed. So many of the dogs I see now are seniors . Struggling with being able to complete grooms from beginning to end. I have seen many dogs pass away in the last few years. It's very sad seeing so many slip away, when they are such great companions right up until their end of life. This is Snoop's after pic. I was unable to get his before pic, as he was highly stressed upon arrival and went directly into the bath. Sparkie was the opposite, I got his his before pic taken and he was stressed, when he returned to the grooming table after his cut and bath. All I can do is keep them comfortable and modify their grooms whenever possible. Whether it's to shorten their time with me-reduce the procedures they encounter during a groom or cutout the precut, like I suggest. Sometimes, less is more. Happy hounds return to the duck pond. Oh happy day-see you next month.
